Donation & Refund Policy

Donation Policy
All donations are voluntary and are used solely for the charitable, spiritual, educational, humanitarian, and public welfare objectives of the Trust.
Donation Purpose
Donations support spiritual programmes, educational initiatives, community welfare, facility maintenance, publications, and other approved charitable activities.
Payment Methods
Online donations are accepted through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking, and other supported payment methods.
Automated Receipts
After successful payment, an electronic receipt with donor name, amount, transaction ID, date, and Trust details is generated.
Payment Confirmation
Donors receive an on-screen confirmation and may also receive an acknowledgement by email or SMS.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds are considered only for duplicate payments or technical errors reported within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
Since donations are voluntary contributions, cancellation after successful processing is generally not permitted.
Donor Rights
Donors are entitled to transparency regarding the use of donations, acknowledgement of contributions, and fair grievance handling.
